If you would like the assistance of White Rose Visas in preparing and presenting your application at the Glasgow Premium Service Centre (PSC), do get in touch. We welcome your questions and enquiries, and offer a free initial consultation. We have an excellent and long standing relationship with the staff at Glasgow PSC. Alternatively, you can book a premium appointment and attend the Glasgow PSC independently. For independent visitors, we hope that the following information and tips are useful.

Glasgow Premium Service Centre (PSC) is situated on round the corner from the Ibrox Stadium, home of Rangers FC. The full address is Festival Court, 200 Brand Street, Govan, Glasgow G51 1DH. You can phone the Glasgow Premium Service Centre on 0300 123 2241.

Glasgow PSC is open at 8am and closes at 5pm on Monday, Friday and Saturday. On a Wednesday, it stays open until 8pm.

Glasgow PSC is easily accessible from the Glasgow Central Station, taking around 15 minutes by taxi, which should cost no more than £10. Alternatively, you could catch the subway (from St Enoch SPT Station and departing at Cessnock Station) which takes around 20 minutes. This journey will cost approximately £2.50. It will take around 40 minutes to walk from Central Station.

When you enter the building you will go through security checks, your bags will be scanned and you will have to walk through a metal detector. They will ask you to remove your coat and belt, but not your shoes. You will be asked to remove any sharp items such as scissors, nail files or flammable materials such as lighters and perfume. You will be asked to leave them with security staff to collect on your way out. You will also be asked to open the cover of your mobile phone to check for concealed weapons. The use of mobile phones is permitted inside the building, and there are also pay phones available if you require them.

Ibrox, home of Rangers FC

At times there can be queues to enter the building, so it is a good idea to bring warm clothing or sun hats for the children. It is allowable to leave the building and re-enter which can be useful if children are getting restless. There is a nice walk along the river, and if you cross over the bridge and walk onto The Wicker, there are shops, restaurants, a chemist and an internet cafe.

Staff at Glasgow PSC are extremely helpful and polite, and the experience should be enjoyable.
