Kim first started working in the immigration field in 1998 and has been part of the White Rose Visas team since formation in 2009. Kim has gained an enviable reputation for consistently securing positive outcomes for her clients. Her previous roles included International Student Adviser at the University of Sheffield, and Adviser for a local Citizens Advice Bureau. Kim is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioner's Association.
Natalie specialises in complex applications such as those where a visa has already expired, Administrative Reviews, Human Rights and Discretionary leave to remain. As well as these complex cases, Natalie also has excellent knowledge of the Tier 1 Entrepreneur route. She also has experience of a wide range of immigration routes, having previously worked as a caseworker at UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). As well as being one of our Senior Advisers, Natalie is our Office Manager, and is therefore responsible for the day to day running of the office.
Jason's previous experience was as a caseworker at UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). In this role Jason gained in depth knowledge of family migration, including the rules surrounding the stringent financial requirement. Jason also deals with all aspects of the Points Based System, as well as applications for Settlement and Citizenship.
Lauren also previously worked as a caseworker at UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), where she specialised primarily in Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and Tier 4 (Student) applications. At White Rose Visas, Lauren advises on all Points Based System applications, as well as on family migration, Settlement, and Citizenship applications.
Simon previously worked as a caseworker at UKVI and also has experience interviewing applicants for various visas. At White Rose Visas Simon advises on a range of different Immigration routes, and specialises in helping our Sponsor Licence clients secure Tier 2 and Tier 5 visas for their employees.
Hina previously worked with the Citizens Advice Bureau and has a background in providing immigration advice. She is passionate about helping people secure visas in the UK, and specialised in immigration at university. Hina is currently on maternity leave.
Holly has a wide ranging legal background and a degree in International and European law. Holly has previously worked within a Trade Union firm, providing legal advice to members, and has worked within Sheffield University's International Student department. She has also worked for an international law firm in Hong Kong. Holly handles a variety of applications within White Rose Visas.
Emily's primary role is to advise our corporate clients with regard to Sponsor Licensing. She makes sure that employers are fully up to date and informed on the changing Home Office requirements of a Sponsor Licence holder. In addition, Emily has senior administration responsibilities, including training new team members on the systems that White Rose Visas use, and the standards we expect.
Kelsey has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University. She has primary responsibility for our bespoke business plan package and new company support for our Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) clients, including registration with Companies House. Kelsey also has responsibility for all of White Rose Visas' day-to-day accounts and finance tasks.
Our Administrators provide para-legal support throughout each client's application process. They play a vital role in ensuring that our core standards are met for every application and for every client.
Mark's focus is on ensuring that White Rose Visas remains efficient, client focused, and responsive to rapidly changing immigration policy. Mark is particularly keen to innovate and deploy new systems so as to ensure that our advisers' time is spent productively helping clients, not fighting with paperwork. Mark's background prior to forming White Rose Visas was in philosophy and social research, in which field he has both lectured and published a number of professional articles and books.
