At White Rose Visas we carry out a full assessment to ensure that you are making the most suitable application. We advise which documents are required and perform a comprehensive check to ensure that they meet the strict requirements of the UKBA. We then submit your application to the UKBA, and return all documents to you, handling every step of the way for your ease and peace of mind. Often we submit applications using our premium (same-day) service. We have a number of guaranteed slots per week at the Sheffield Public Enquiry Office within which we can submit your application in person. In this case, decisions are received on the same day and you receive your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) and passport back within 24 hours. The appeal of such a service is clear, given that for normal (postal) applications it is usual for you to have to wait for a decision, and be without your passport, for at least one to two months.

If you do not require us to handle all aspects of your application, we can simply provide expert consultation as needed. This can be delivered in person, on the phone, via skype, or email, as is most convenient to you. After the free initial thirty minute consultation, subsequent advice is billed at our standard rate. If within the next six months you instruct White Rose Visas to make an application on your behalf, these fees are refunded in full.

In addition to in country applications, we also offer support for entry clearance applications for those individuals outside the UK. We can therefore assist in obtaining a visit visa for your relative, a settlement visa for a fiancée or spouse, or a Tier 1 or Tier 2 visa to allow you to come to the UK to work.

Many of our clients are based outside Sheffield; in particular we are often used by clients based in London and Southern England, in Birmingham and the Midlands, and in Belfast and Northern Ireland. We do not need to see you in person unless you wish to do so, but rather can deal with your case by phone, email, skype and courier, providing the most convenient service for you. If you prefer to see us in person, or are required to attend the Sheffield Public Enquiry Office to provide biometrics, we have preferential rates at the top local hotels to make your stay in Sheffield as comfortable as possible.
