PRIORITY POSTAL APPLICATIONS
From April 2013, the Home Office opened the Priority Postal route to the public. The Priority Postal route is an alternative to the more established Premium and Postal routes. At present the Priority Postal route is only open to Tier 2 applications.
The aim behind the Priority Postal service is to drastically cut the waiting times that have typically been a feature of the Home Office's regular Postal service. Priority Postal applications should be decided within 10 working days from receipt of the application. This time frame represents a vast improvement on regular Postal applications.
