We are able to offer this guarantee with confidence, given our track record. Our success is built on a practice of approaching each application with the utmost care, and in particular making sure that your documents precisely meet the format demanded by the UKBA's detailed and often changing Guidance Notes. If we believe that an application is likely to be refused, we will work with the client until we are confident of success.

Please note that this guarantee is not valid in the event of non disclosure of information, where the client has misled White Rose Visas in any way, or provided counterfeit documents. This guarantee does not apply to entry clearance (out of country) applications, unless those applications are made through the Points Based System (PBS).
